[Mdabs] Letters needed for Senate voting bill

Hello all,

It is time to write letters for SB 363, a bill that requires the State Board
of Elections to create 1 voting system for all voters, starting with the
primary election in 2022. This bill will restore the secret ballot to
disabled voters because it will require everyone to use an electronic ballet
marking device. Everyone should write to Senator Paul Pinsky, Chairman of
The Education, Health, and Environmental Affairs Committee, Miller Senate
