Hello everyone,

I am pleased to share this announcement from the American Action Fund. In
case you are not aware, the American Action Fund sends a free braille book
each month to any blind child who signs up. Right now they are sending books
in the My Weirder School series by Dan Gutman. Now, although these have not
been produced in hard copy braille yet, there are exciting new braille files
on the Action Fund website-along with all of the braille files from previous
books they have produced. See the announcement below!

Dragon Masters is a book series from Scholastic written by Tracey West. The
series is about the adventures of a variety of eight-year-old boys and girls
who are teamed up with dragons.

In Book 16 of the series, Tessa is the Dragon Master to the Sound Dragon,
Sono. Tessa is clever, brave, and blind. Currently Books 1 and 16 are
available on the Action Fund website at
https://actionfund.org/resources/dragon-masters

Scholastic is planning to have the Braille files for the remaining 14 books
created and they will be available on this website as well.

Enjoy!

Melissa
