[MDABS] Sad News: Latisha Kelly

Federation Family,

I'm very sorry to share that Latisha Kelly passed away on October 16, 2026
after an illness.  Latisha and her husband, Guy Kelly, belong to the NFB of
Maryland Central Maryland Chapter.  Please keep Latisha and Guy in your
thoughts and prayers.
