face physical, economic, and attitudinal barriers in accessing internships, despite the fact that these students are just as qualified, if not more qualified, than their non-disabled peers. The internship placement itself, as well as the additional meetings and training sessions, provide professional skills and assets that stay with you throughout the course of your career.
