[Mdpobc] do not open any email with "Hi from Trudy" in subject line

I decided I should send out another email with a more specific subject line. Trudy Pickrel, a MDPOBC member has had her computer invaded by a virus which is sending out emails to her contact list with "Hi from Trudy" in the subject. She wants to warn everyone on the MDPOBC list serve not to open this email.
