It is already October. Did you make your reservation by calling the Carousel 
Hotel? Reservations must be made by October 12. Call 410-524-1000. 

Do you want to save a little money? By your banquet ticket, lunch ticket, 
and pre-register by October 23. We will be holding two lunches. One lunch is 
sponsored by the Seniors Division; the other is sponsored by the Parents 
Division. Patti Chang, national board member and president of the NFB of 
Illinois, will be giving the banquet address this year. She is a great 
speaker. You will not want to miss it. 

President Riccobono has lots of surprises in store for us. Make your plans
