I agree with the sentiment that we should be
thankful for what we have. I also don't wish others to be blind.
Having said that, I strenuously object to blind
persons, and blindness being used to make the
point. It doesn't do us any good! It is another
form for feeling sorry for blind people. If
people feel sorry for us or our blind kids, they
won't be given proper expectations and they won't have opportunities!
