You all may want to forward the New law to your IEP director and your Special education dirctor as a FYI.  And let them know how much this is going to help you and you all appriciate them being able to get the info out 5 days ahead so all are ready for the meeting.

Josh's IEP was yesterday and I received a copy of the IEP with goals the night before. (less than 24 hours notice)
 
Matthew's IEP is tomorrow and I received a copy of the IEP on Tuesday.  (2 days notice)
 
While it's not 5 days in advance, if I have no objections since in both scenarios the TVI asked for my input 2 weeks prior, there's nothing more I should do, right?
