The TVI would be responsible for teaching the child the Braille Music Code.  Also, a braille transcribist who knows the Braille Music Code and can transcribe a print music book into Braille is Kim Higham, you can reach her at Insight, Kimtvi at aol.com or 410/590-7842.

  Does anyone know if a child takes 4th grade Band or chooses to play an instrument in school who is responsable to get the music book, teach him braille music, or do you know where if we have to get a music book translated we can get this done.
