[Mdpobc] Band Class Books

Jaon has had 3 TVI's and none of them knew the Braille music code. For music
class in elementary school his TVI and music teacher somehow figured enough of
the code for him to learn what was required in class. Jason learned the code
through a Dancing Dots program and a local piano teacher.

As a random question, do TVI’s typically know Braille music code?

The TVI would be responsible for teaching the child the Braille Music Code.
Also, a braille transcribist who knows the Braille Music Code and can transcribe
a print music book into Braille is Kim Higham, you can reach her at Insight,
Kimtvi at aol.com or 410/590-7842.
