Amy,
Is it possible for Chris to participate on Saturday and Sunday, but not Monday?  It is really hard for him to miss school and Monday's are O&M days.

It is time for winter to move over…here comes an exciting fun filled weekend!!
Come hang out with friends, go to a Super Bowl Party, and attend the Winter Conference of the National Association of Blind Students in Washington, DC.
 
What:          BISM Student Weekend Retreat 
Who:            Blind and low vision students (8th grade – college) 
When:         Saturday, February 4, 2012 – Monday, February 6, 2012 
Where:         Baltimore, MD
Hosted by:  Blind Industries and Services of Maryland Youth Programs 
Maryland Association of Blind Students 
What do you need:Notetaking materials, clothing appropriate to the weather that weekend, extra spending money if desired, personal care items
 
Saturday, February 4, 2012 
1:00 PM        Student check-in (BISM – 3345 Washington Blvd., Baltimore, MD 21227)
2:00 PM        Icebreakers and overview of weekend 
3:30 PM        Break 
3:45 PM        Depart BISM and check into hotel (Homewood Suites, BWI Airport) 
4:45 PM        Depart hotel for fun filled evening of bowling and dinner out 
9:30 PM        Return to Hotel 
 
Sunday, February 5, 2012 
7:30 AM        Breakfast at hotel 
9:00 AM        Depart for BISM 
9:30 AM        How to feel confident advocating for yourself and when is it time to ask someone to join you in advocating for your rights as a blind student 
                    What is Washington Seminar and the NABS (National Association of Blind Students) Winter Conference
12:00 PM      Lunch
1:00   PM      Super Bowl Party! 
So, you have been invited to a Super Bowl Party? What do you take? What if you want to host a Super Bowl Party? Where to begin? All of those questions and more will be answered in this fun filled afternoon and evening of preparing for our very own Super Bowl Party!
