Hi Trudy,

Here are links to two parks that I would recommend. Waterloo is less popular
and may be easier to get. As you can see pavilions  in Howard County are not
cheap. Patapsco Park in Baltimore County also has lots of pavilions.

Here is the Link to Centenial Park pavilions and Ball fields  I see no were
we can have a ball field or field near a any pavilion. let alone a pavilion
with electric.  So I am seeking other park or suggestions.
