[Mdpobc] request for college student

I am trying to help out a blind college student I recently met at a NFB event.  He is from Nigeria and not yet eligible to receive services from DORS.  He attends a community college and is in desperate need of a Victor Reader Stream (or Wave.)   Does anyone have one or know someone who has a Victor that they are not currently using that they would like to donate  --- or just to loan to him and he will return it?   Please contact me if anyone has a VictorReader!  Thanks so much --
