[Mdpobc] Lego help

Does anyone have knowledge of how to assembly the 'picture' Lego instructions non visually? I heard there was a boy in MA that has developed a code to assembly the Legos blind. Any info on this subject would be greatly appricatiated.  Thank you in advance.
