Good news! The SPIRIT Club is teaming up with Maryland LBPD for an
in-person adaptive Zumba. Zumba is a fitness program that incorporates
cardio and Latin-inspired dance.

This adaptive Zumba class is designed for beginners, with more audio cues
than visual cues, and it is modified to include breakdown steps for
different rhythms and songs so participants can feel more comfortable
dancing along. The rhythms covered include merengue, salsa, cumbia,
reggaeton, and pop. The class will start with a warm-up and end with a
cooldown song.

Registration has been extended. Please register by *Wednesday, October 1st*.
