[Mi-abs] Sign Reading Rights Coalition Petition!

Can minors sign, or does this make it a legal statute? If minors can
sign, then not only am I on board, but so are countless others in my
very well extended contacts; and I'll make sure to email everyone I
know a link. Thanks.
