Please find attached:


* Nov. 9 business meeting minutes, amended, corrected to accurately 
reflect the voting that occurred at this meeting (specifically, Kamari 
Hicks was omitted from the previous minutes as being an elected intern).


* Dec. 8 teleconference minutes.


Please review these documents before our next meeting on January 12th 
and be prepared to suggest any amendments at that time, or to vote on 
adopting these minutes as the final version.  Minutes will not be read 
out loud into the record since they are available accessibly to all in 
PDF both on the MI-ABS What's App group and here on this email 
list-serve.  All members have been added to this email list serve.
