Dear All,

                So, is this a bill or is it final legislation. Either way, is it possible to read the entire text of what is being referred to here? Michigan is one of the few states whose statutes still have an oppressive requirement of producing identification, contrary to federal law. This requirement has caused many law enforcement and at least one state’s attorney to refuse to enforce the statute if one refuses to produce identification in keeping with the implementing regulations of the ADA. Any information is greatly appreciated.

Fraternally yours,

Go Forward With Courage

When you are in doubt, be still, and wait;
when doubt no longer exists for you, then go forward with courage.
So long as mists envelop you, be still;
be still until the sunlight pours through and dispels the mists
-- as it surely will.
Then act with courage.
