[Minnesota-talk] Andy Birden Killed

Hello all,

     Like Steve, I've known Andy for roughly forty years.  His was a lifetime of dedication, in both the corridors of power and his community, to improving the lot of society's most disadvantaged members.  To achieve this result Andy was willing to expend efforts far more arduous than some of us would want to undertake.  But those efforts made a difference!  Andy will be greatly missed.  Regards.
