hospital after having knee surgery on Friday. This evening he was taken to the
hospital with the possibility of a heart attack. </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>We ask that you keep Dad in your prayers. I will
keep you all updated as to how he is doing. He is a very strong man.
