This is a trick question, right? There are many here that we
should all be doing anyway. LOL. But these that I have
listed below are practicle things I like to do.

100 JOBS IN NFB OF MINNESOTA
2. Work in kitchen at events where food is served
6. Greet new people at events/meetings and help them get
connected
8. Assist members in situations in which advocacy is needed
(SSB, government, etc.) (sometimes requires availability
during the day)
9. Represent NFB of MN on councils/boards (involves much
more than just attending meetings)
11. Help work with children at Saturday school or teens on
teen night.
12. Verify that format looks right on documents to be
printed
19. Participate in mailings (folding, stuffing, stamping,
sealing, etc).
20. Edit Minnesota Bulletin (quarterly newsletter of NFB of
MN)
24. Make physical CD of Minnesota Bulletin
Do you have some sort of mass duplication system?
25. Create/duplicate cassette version of bulletin
Assuming you have the equipment
29. Record audio for meetings/events
With training?
31. Take photographs at meetings/events
40. Handle phone calls from people who need
referrals/assistance
Have resource list?
41. Mentor new members
42. Maintain NFB of MN database
48. Bring program ideas for meetings/conventions.
50. Tutor someone in braille, particularly children
65. Travel to other parts of the state to help with
membership recruiting.
71. Participate in such community service activities
72. Speak to school classrooms about blindness
73. Sell raffle tickets/candy etc.
80. Plan meetings/activities for blind college students
83. Provide occasional help to members needing assistance
with technology
86. Promote positive philosophy of blindness
87. Put philosophy into action in daily life
88. Bring ideas for activities/issues
91. Read Braille Monitor, Minnesota Bulletin, e-mails, etc.
to stay informed.
92. Bring baked items for bake auction at annual convention
94. Contribute financial support
96. Bring new members to Federation
97. Help someone if there is a problem.
98. Turn anything destructive into something constructive
99. Participate in projects/activities
100. Other duties as assigned. LOL. ...almost.
