The text of the agenda is pasted below. Please note that the morning
session (from 9:30 to 12:15) will be streamed live at the link
indicated below--but of course, you should join us in person if you
can!! See everyone on Saturday.

Registration: $5.00 if paid in advance, $10.00 if paid on the day of
the convention; lunch: $7.00. If you pre-registered, please stop by to
pick up your lunch token. When you register, you may also pay your $5
membership dues for the upcoming year if you have not already done so.

Once you have picked up your agenda and lunch token, please move out
of the lobby area so that we can keep the line moving—thank you!
Door prizes: Door prizes will be awarded throughout the morning
session. To be eligible, you must be registered and in the room when
your name is drawn.  (Martha Harris, door prize chair).

Live streaming: Those unable to join us in person for the day can
listen to the morning session of the convention via live stream by
visiting http://www.nfbmn.org/convstrm.html to find information and
links to the stream.

Lunch:

Back by popular demand, our student division provides us with a
delicious noontime meal.  Relax and enjoy the company of your fellow
Federationists while supporting the work of the Minnesota Association
of Blind Students.

And, during the lunch break, take advantage of these opportunities:

•	NFB Louis Braille Commemorative Silver Dollars, with readable
braille are available—Proof version, $42 (the "uncirculated" coins  are
sold out)
•	Jernigan Fund Raffle Tickets are available for $10. The drawing
will take place this year at the national convention, and the winner
will receive an all-expenses-paid trip for two to the 2016 National
Federation of the Blind convention in Orlando, Florida!
•	Michelle Jackson, massage therapist and owner-operator of MRJ
massage, will offer chair massages at select times during the day. The
cost for a massage is $10 for 10 minutes, and the proceeds benefit the
National Federation of the Blind of Minnesota.

Learn all the latest in the world of braille—and enjoy other fun
braille activities!

Minnesota Association of Blind Students—Va'nasha Washington, Presiddent
(Seminar Room, downstairs from the main floor)
The Minnesota Association of Blind Students invites all students (and
other Minnesota Federationists as well) to our round table discussion,
all about self-advocacy. Questions will be posed to everyone in
attendance: What is advocacy? How do you advocate for yourself in and
around school? And more. You never know if what you are currently
facing or have faced could be useful to another student! Don’t be
shy—let  your voice be heard!
All convention activities will be concluded by 4:00 at the latest.
