Greetings, Amazing Metro Chapter,
Thanks to the super sleuth efforts of Jennifer Wenzel, we have received a
weekend slot to run the hot dog stand at the Knollwood Mall Cub Foods on the
weekend of June 12-14. The daily shifts run from 10:00-6:00 each day, and,
as before, we get to keep a significant portion of our total sales.
In the past we have staffed the stand in 4-hour shifts, and it seems to have
worked well. Teams have ranged in size from 3 to 5, so poll your friends,
and let's get to grilling.
Sharon has agreed to coordinate shifts and times again this year. She can be
reached at smonthei at earthlink.net. Please send her the following:
1. The date and time you would like to work. Dates are June 12, 13, and 14.
Shifts start at 10:00 or 2:00.
2. The group you would like to work with. If you cannot find a whole group,
let her know that as well, and we'll put something together.
This activity has always been a significant fundraiser for us as well as a
great opportunity to get our message out to the public. Thanks, in advance,
