[Mn-at-large] Upcoming Meeting Reminder and Special Guest

I am pleased to be able to tell you that we will have a very special 
guest at our next At-Large Chapter meeting, next Sunday, the 21st. 
Our guest is the "Blind History Lady, former Minnesotans Peggy 
Chong.  She will tell us about blind Minnesotans and other notable 
blind persons of yesterday. All are welcomed.
