[MN-at-Large] Survey on Disabled People and Medical Establishment

An effort is being made to collect information from disabled persons in
Minnesota regarding the barriers and obstacles we experience with the
medical profession.  Full disclosure - my daughter Catherine is involved
with this survey, but this survey has been approved by the group in our
national office that looks at surveys forwarded to our list.

Citizens with Disabilities and Special Olympics Minnesota want to LEARN from
YOU! 

 

We created a community survey to gather information from disabled people and
their support networks on the barriers and obstacles they face when seeking
health care.
