[MN-at-Large] BELL Volunteers Needed

It is Braille Enrichment for Literacy and 
learning.  Different states run BELL programs 
during the summer, from 2 weeks to a month. They 
are to help kids learn Braille.

We are running one at BLIND Inc. in August.
