[MN-at-Large] Summer BELL Program in Minnesota

The NFB of Minnesota, in Cooperation with Blind Incorporated, is going to
have an in-person version of our national BELL program right here in
Minnesota this summer. The NFB BELL Academy-which stands for National
Federation of the Blind Braille Enrichment for Literacy and LearningR-helps
blind and low-vision children, from ages 4-12, develop the literacy skills
that will empower them to achieve their academic goals and live the lives
they want. This is accomplished through innovative braille instruction,
reading material that is chosen because it is interesting to kids, hands-on
learning, games, and interaction with other children. This is a two week day
program and will be held on weekdays From Monday, August 7 through Friday,
August 18.
