[MN-at-Large] Convention Hotel Update

Hi everybody,

 

There has been some difficulty experienced by some of you when attempting to
reserve a room at our convention with two beds. This seems to have been
resolved for now. If you reserved a room with one king sized bet but would
have preferred a room with two beds, you should be able to change your
reservation. If you did not reserve a room because there were no rooms with
two beds available, you should be able to reserve a room now.

 

You can book your room online or by phone.

*	Book online via the hotel

*	Call the hotel at (507) 280-6200 and choose option 1.

 

If you run into problems getting two beds, contact Corbb O'Connor or me and
we will work with the hotel.
