[MN-at-Large] Announcement from BLIND, Inc.

For those of you who are not attending the national convention this week, I am writing to let you know about news from the training center’s Board of Directors. (Those of you streaming the convention or here in Orlando already heard this during the roll call of states.)

Shortly after our state caucus concluded, I was informed that, following an application and interview process, the board had selected Briley O’Connor to serve as the Interim Executive Director of BLIND, Inc. The group is also hosting two listening sessions this week during the lunch hours, and I am confident there are more to come for those who could not be in Florida.

I’m looking forward to our continued partnership and work with the BLIND, Inc. board and its employees as they move toward a program restart.
