Greetings fellow Federationists,

During our last chapter meeting, we discussed providing childcare to help enable more participation.  IN order to make this happen though, we need to make sure that we have adequate insurance coverage and this requires me to report the number of children, ages of the children, and other information to our affiliate.  If you are planning to utilize childcare for our August meeting, or even if you’re unsure but are thinking about it, I need to know the following information by no later than June 28 at 12:00 PM

*	How many children,
*	Ages of children.

Of course we know that plans change and that the numbers will vary, but this will give me, and the affiliate, a good starting point.  I’m excited that we are offering childcare and look forward to seeing increased participation.
