[MN-at-Large] Quick Affiliate Board Meeting on Wednesday & Hotel Reservation Reminder

Please join members of our affiliate’s Board of Directors for a 30-minute, virtual meeting this coming Wednesday, September 18 at 6pm as we review our annual tax filing, the 990EZ. Many of you may remember that this wasn’t a quick process in years past, but we’re now able to file a shorter form as our assets are under the $500,000 limit. The connection information is at the end of this message.

 

Registration information for our upcoming state convention will be coming to you very shortly. In the meantime, please make your hotel room reservations! The convention will start on Friday, November 1 at 9am and conclude on Sunday, November 3 at noon. However, we’ll have a fun event the night before (details coming soon), so you may want to plan your arrival for Thursday, October 31.

For those who wish to take public transit most of the way to the hotel, know that you can request the hotel’s on-demand shuttle to pick you up from the nearby Union Depot Green Line Station by calling the front desk upon your arrival. This is a shared resource among all hotel guests, so please plan accordingly.
