Federation Family,<br>

I am saddened and stunned to write you with news of the passing of Bryce

Samuelson, who left us yesterday.<br>

Bryce was an active member of our federation family for many, many years,

and he served as both president of the Rochester chapter and a member of

the state board of directors. He has been a regular fixture at board

meetings, conventions, and walks for opportunity.<br>

I am told that a visitation will take place this coming Sunday with a

service the following day, and I will write with further information as

soon as I have it.<br>

Please keep Bryce and his parents, Dave and Wanda, in your thoughts and

prayers.<br>
