I want to make you aware of an event happening at HUGE Theater on Feb.

16. If you’re interested in learning more about improv as an art form,

and how you can participate, please see below:<br>

This is an event to raise disability awareness. If you feel you belong

here, you belong here!<br><br>

We are offering a one day Spirit Improv Jam to raise disability

awareness. This is a safe space to explore improv, not to mention a fun

place to meet new people, create and explore together for people with

disabilities.<br><br>

This jam is free of charge, and snacks are provided. All experience

levels are welcome – no improv experience is required. Please come as you

are, that’s more than enough.<br><br>

We’ll have an introductory workshop and then the first half of the jam

will be playing games and warming up together, the second half will be

performing on stage. Participation is optional but highly recommended.

The Spirit Jam is a relaxed and non-intimidating event.<br><br>

We will have a special guest from the greater Twin Cities Theater

Community to play with us!<br><br>

The cost is free, at HUGE Theater, 3037 Lyndale Ave S<br><br>

4pm workshop<br><br>

5-6pm intro and improv games and warm-ups (anyone can participate and

learn about how to do improv on stage)<br><br>

6-7pm ensemble groups perform on stage (Anyone is free to watch)<br><br>

(This will be a one day event with the possibility of more JAMS)<br>
