As part of BLIND, Inc.'s ongoing collaborative effort with the Minnesota

Department of Health and Local Public Health agencies, BLIND, Inc. will

be hosting a free public vaccination event on Thursday, May 27th from

3:00 to 7:00 PM. The event will be held at BLIND, Inc. - 100 East

22<sup>nd</sup> Street, Minneapolis, MN 55404.<br><br>

M Health Fairview will be administering the 1st dose of the Pfizer

COVID-19 vaccination. Vaccinations will be free and will not require

insurance or an ID. Vaccinations are available to individuals 12 years of

age and older. Any individual under the age of 18 must be accompanied by

a parent or legal guardian.<br><br>

Appointments are encouraged but not required. To schedule an appointment,

call 612-547-9821. Walk-ins will be accepted. Please let individuals who

you know that might be interested in receiving the Pfizer COVID-19

vaccine know about this great opportunity. If transportation poses a

barrier to you receiving the vaccine, please let Daniel Ashman know at

the above number when you schedule. While there are options available,

not all transportation requests can be accomodated.<br><br>
