In Minnesota, Most recently, we successfully advocated for a more accessible absentee voting system for the 2020 election.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>During the primary elections last night, and for the elections last November, several Minnesotans at the opportunity to use a new device for marking the ballot at the polling place. We have heard anecdotes about both this device and interactions with poll workers, and we'd like to hear how it went for you! Whether your experience was positive, neutral, or negative, we would like to collect information for our future advocacy work.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Please take a few minutes to send a text or place a call to Corbb O’Connor, a member of our legal and policy committee, at 703–309–4884, and share your impressions of your experience. This might include how knowledgeable the poll workers were about the ballot marking device, whether you were able to cast an independent ballot successfully, or anything else you think may be helpful.
