At our national convention, the Minnesota affiliate will be offering up

BLIND, Inc. merchandise, coasters, and chances to win an Apple Watch…all

for suggested donations. Our success in the exhibit hall happens each

year because of your volunteer efforts. I have included a slot system

below in this email and if you would like to sign up for a slot, please

follow these instructions to help me create the tableā€™s schedule in an

organized and efficient manner. <br><br>

Please put your first and last name followed by your phone number and

email. Then please list how many shifts you are willing to serve followed

by the time slot numbers you are able to work from most preferred to

least preferred. <br><br>

I will do my best assigning what everyone would prefer but be aware it

wonā€™t be perfect for everyone.Ā  Please familiarizeĀ 

yourself with where the Minnesota affiliateā€™s table is in the exhibit

hall before your shift/shifts and try to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early

before to our exhibit hall table to insure everyone can promptly leave

when our shifts end. The last shift of the day will also be asked to

remain in the exhibit hall until the exhibit hall is locked up for the

night to insure the merchandise isnā€™t stolen. I will be in contact with

further instructions after I have scheduled the shifts and will share

that spreadsheet once it has been created.<br><br>
