Hello to everyone,

For various reasons, this year we will have significantly fewer t-shirts
than we have people. Since the people are by far the best part, we will
be chill about t-shirtsif you have the blue one and want to wear it, go
for itif you want to wear something different, feel free to do so.
They’ll know us by our canes and our Walk for Opportunity smiles. Below
are the logistics for tomorrow in case you did not get them
previously.

Thanks so much for signing up for the Walk for Opportunity this Saturday.
Here are some important things you’ll need to know:

1. The bus from the Metro to Rochester will depart promptly at 8:30AM
from 100 E. 22nd Street, Minneapolis. Please note, we will not
be going into the building. The walk itself starts at 10:30.

After the walk, the bus will leave Rochester at 1:15PM. And drop us back
at the building.

2. Don't forget to wear comfortable walking shoes, drink plenty of water,
use sunscreen, and charge your exercise tracker if you have one. We also
highly recommend bringing hand sanitizer and tissues; packing along your
snack of choice is also a good idea in case you need sustenance on the
journey.

3. Attached is a description of the lake we’ll be walking around, some
info about where checkpoint workers will be placed, as well as other
details. Thanks to the Rochester chapter for preparing this helpful info.
We’ll have it on paper in braille and print on Saturday as well.

4. Please reach out if you have any questions. Looking forward to seeing
everyone Saturday!
