Several of us plan to informally gather at the hotel bar/restaurant, and

later the pool, tomorrow evening. I hope youā€™re able to join us at the

DoubleTree Saint Paul East! (Yes, the website says theyā€™re closed for

dinner on Thursdays; but I have been double assured that they will be

open!)<br><br>

As a reminder, you can call the hotel at (651) 731-2220 to request that

the complimentary shuttle come get you at the Union Depot Light Rail

station; please thank your driver with a small cash gratuity. The shuttle

will be available throughout the weekend, including after we adjourn on

Sunday.<br><br>

Regardless of your plans for Halloween, though, I look forward to seeing

you bright and early on Friday morning for the start of our annual

convention! We will have braille and print agendas available on-site, you

can also use <a href="https://nfbmn.org/2024-convention-agenda">the

agenda on our website</a>, and you can download the latest agenda

attached to this message as both a Word doc and BRF. <br><br>

I know some of you are planning to join our livestream over Zoom; weā€™ll

be glad to have you with us, too. Youā€™ll find the connection info in

the agenda, and please help spread the word to others that might want to

listen in. Please be patient with our tech team as they work through some

inevitable inconsistencies with the Wi-Fi.<br><br>
