As you know, President O'Connor received a kidney transplant last

Wednesday and that transplant went well.  Unfortunately, here is an

update from President Oâ€™Connor received last night that he has asked to

be forwarded to this list:<br><br>

I am saddened to report that my donated kidney died today. I was in

excruciating pain last night, and labs this morning started trending in

the wrong direction. The ultrasound showed that the kidney stopped

receiving blood flow due to a clot that developed very quickly.<br><br>

I admire my cousin for her generous gift and for responding to this news

with sadness over anger. "I would do it again in a heartbeat,"

she said.<br><br>

Thank you for all the prayers, support, and love that you continue to

send toward me, Denise, Sam, and our families.<br><br>
