Besides the experience of being in New Orleans, the convention provides the opportunity to meet blind people from all over the country and even the world and to network with people who share your particular interests. Whether you need assistance in getting a job, want to see the latest technology, need tips from other students on how to navigate today\u2019s complicated educational system, or want to meet other successful blind people, the convention is the place to do that. Listening to the presidential report is an inspiring way to get a sense of the many activities and projects in which we\u2019ve been involved during the past year.
