[MonadnockChapter] Virtual option for New Orleans convention

Hmm, are you using an I-device rather than a laptop? There might be
some glitches with the mobile version.

On my computer, I saw a check-mark box for "I understand the code of
conduct", First and last name, street address 1 and 2 lines, state
(which is a drop-down), then zip code. Below that is the donation
nonsense. If you or anyone else wants, give me a call at 603-992-4053.
I'm around until 5 PM tonight, but I have a social obligation online
after that.

Sincerely

Andrew Harmon
