Julie, You're welcome.  I'm not the initiator of the survey, but had 
it in my attachments folder.  I think someone in the Performing Arts 
Division is on this list.

To anyone who fills out the survey, please don't send it to this list 
or to me.  Send it to the Performing Arts Division, Donna Hill, I

Since it says anyone can fill out the survey who is in entertainment 
and does not list an age restriction one way or the other, I will 
answer the questions as applicable to myself.  If you ever hear
