I've thought of working with someone who can see, but that's not always
easy, as the person I've designated to work with me, my music teacher Markus
Johnson, is not always available.

There's no easy way. OCR (Optical Character Recognition) can be used to
convert scanned print images into text but there's no on-the-fly solution
for program elements such as you desire.

Suggestion: have you thought of -- gasp -- employing a reader?
