You might be able to get a room for something informal, but if you want to get something in the agenda, you have to plan it by March or April.  Mrs. Jernigan arranges all the rooms.

It's a little late to be planning that. It would have to go through Mrs. Jernigan, and I'm sure that there won't be space anywhere to do such a public project. Convention is always busy, and even more so now that it has been shortened. I hate to be a wet blanket, but it is what it is.
