I have been with cdbaby since 2004 and have had good success with them. As 
you said there were no additional charges and things have been very 
straightforward. I also like the sales reports they offer and the "one stop" for 
complete distribution to itunes, amazon, rhapsody et al. The facebook tools and 
twitter tools have also proven helpful. You might check out my band GARFAN
