Hey Tyler. CD Baby will let you sell a CD on their own service. They take care of shipping and everything for you. They're a better bet than amazon for CD's as they take less of a cut. Being on amazon doesn't guarantee sales. What guarantees sales is a positive marketing strategy. What you can do is offer the CD for sale through CD Baby, which will then offer the downloads through amazon's music store, iTunes, rhapsody, etc. That's really the best bet.
