[musictlk] Odd Question

Mike
The Lead singer and Founder of the band that I am in has what he calls a
vocaliser which he can use to do up to 4 part harmony and it has a bunch
of other features also which I would imagine might have what you need.
As far as I understand it. All it is, is a foot peddle that you plug any
microphone into. He happens to use a cordless mic.
If you like I can find out the name and model and so on so you can do
some research. I will find out what I can.
Is it Blind friendly? Have not got a clue.

Mike,
You probably know that you can easily do pitch shifts in processing
sound files
in production: I think even Audacity can do this for you.

But, I've also read ads for gear that will do this live: even gear that
will double your melody a third above etc so you can sing harmony with
yourself. There is a small delay but it's
not too bad. You can sound like Minnie Mouse if you like. smile.

Seasons greetings, everyone.

As those who attend national conventions know, my voice is not exactly
that of a counter-tenor! I wonder if there's a digital processing device
that could turn my bass voice into that of most rock stars these days so
I could sing rock and folk music in the intended keys rather than having
to lower their key signatures down a good fourth or fifth?

Just a strange musing on a Saturday evening.
