[musictlk] Accessible tuner and metronome

What are the two publications that are mentioned in this message.  The tuner sounds interesting, but I don't have any of these products.

I may have missed a posting or two, but I reproduce below an announcement that appeared in two of our music publications (anyone can subscribe for free) regarding a new accessible tuner.  Please read.  

Talking Tuner for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad on the iTunes App Store

For those who play guitar or other instruments that require tuning, there now is a new product, Talking Tuner, that requires no visual access.

Talking Tuner, from HotPaw Productions, is a hands-off, sound-activated, talking musical-instrument tuner. The app uses built-in speech synthesis and thus does not require that VoiceOver be enabled.

Developer Ronald Nicholson received a request to create an iPhone app that could help vision-challenged individuals tune their musical instruments without having to look at or touch their iPhone's display. This product is the result. 

While the Auto-Speak switch is on, Talking Tuner listens and identifies the note name and how many cents sharp or flat it estimates the end of the note to be. Using headphones may make it easier to hear what the app is saying while tuning. 

The pitch-estimation algorithm works best for notes between two octaves below middle C and two octaves above middle C. It may not work as well for very low notes, very high notes, or with any background noise, harmony, or accompaniment. The accuracy is about plus or minus three cents (3/100ths of the pitch difference between semitones).

Winona,
    The tuner only tells you when you are on pitch, not if you are flat or sharp. For this, you need some point of reference. I play guitar, so I use a 440 tuning fork to get my "A" string close to pitch and then the tuner to fine tune it. Since, for the most part, the guitar is tuned in fourths, I use the previous string as comparison. Which instrument are you wanting to tune?
