Hi,

Last year at the NFB conventiion, I spent quite a bit of time talking
withAmy Leslie, who represented Olympus and had a table in our
exhibit hall. I informed her that I wanted a very high quality
recorder, especially capable of recording from a high end audio
system and fully accessible, also something that would not make my
grand piano sound as if it were made out of tin. I let her known that
if Olympus made such a device available, I would be very interested.

John, it goes without saying that one can control the record level,
right? Can you also monitor the recording process as with a 3-head
analog cassette or open-reel deck?

Thanks.

Evelyn
