[musictlk] Playing The Guitar

Oh, dear Briana,
I had to laugh.  Finally at age 20 or so, I had to have the real ones 
replaced with prosthetic ones.  Anyhow, the pain is better.  I 
started to have headaches and such.  Well, that's getting far afield 
from music.
I did not have any useful vision as a kid; so it was no loss.
Now, let's see.  I played piano very early, though not with the 
competency or the imagination of a Mozart.
I picked up folk guitar from my sister, who worked at it hard.  She 
worked at the piano too, diligently. I just went over and knocked 
around and played by ear. and the guitar too. It must have been 
frustrating for her. but she was a terrific sport. she still is.
I taught guitar for a long time. now i teach grammar, literature, and history.
It's my neighbor, Miss Mentink, who teaches the music classes in our school.
Actually, when I had the eye surgery, my cataracts were getting very 
dangerous.
Enough. I'll go back to woodwork mode.
